Early Life and Education
Nwokoye was born into a Catholic family in Lagos State, but she is originally from Ovim in the Nigerian Abia State local government of Isuikwuato. She began her education at the elementary school for the Air Force.
At Queen’s College in Enugu, she finished her secondary education before moving on to Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra state, where she studied sociology and anthropology. She had the desire to become a lawyer since she was little.
Nwokoye participated in a number of pageants during her time in college, winning Miss Eastern Campus after competing in Miss Nigeria, Miss Royal Crown, and Miss Nigeria.

After watching a movie with Stephanie Okereke as the lead, she decided to pursue a career in the field.
She was motivated to become a Nollywood actor, in other words, by Stephanie Okereke. She moved to Lagos in pursuit of her dream of becoming an actor, where she joined the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
After joining AGN, she started going to auditions and eventually got her first part.
She was cast in “Nna Men” in 2004 after completing her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. She has greater career opportunities because of the movie.
Over 150 movies have featured Queen Nwokoye since she started her career. After starring in the 2014 films “Ada Mbano,” directed by Kingsley Okereke, and “Chetanna,” produced by Chigozie Atuanya and directed by Ikechukwu Onyeka, the gifted actress gained notoriety.
