Temmie Ovwasa is the only female musician on the YBNL label, which is home to superstar Fireboy DML, an afrobeat music sensation.
Early Life and Education
Temmie Ovwasa was born on November 29, 1996, in Ilorin to an Osun-born mother and a Delta-born father.
She had her elementary education at Grace Christian Schools, and her secondary school at Dalex Royal College, all of which were in Ilorin, Kwara state. The YBNL Princess studied medical anatomy at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
YBNL Princess Career
Temmie Ovwasa started her career in the state of Lagos, where she presently resides. She gained notoriety after releasing one of her top songs, “Jabole.”
Temmie Ovwasa, together with Fireboy DML, became the first women of the well-known music company in 2016 after being signed by YBNL. She has since published a number of songs, including the currently popular hit “Bamidele.”
The YBNL Princess hasn’t put out as many songs since joining the label run by renowned Nigerian rapper Olamide.
