Early Life and Education
Zinoleesky was raised in Agege Local Government Area after being born to Muslim parents Mr. and Mrs. Azeez in Lagos’ Mainland neighborhood.
Oniyide Azeez was given the name by his parents eight days after his birth. He was brought as a Muslim and at a young age learned to read and recite the Qu’ran.
As a youngster, he was influenced by the sounds of Afrobeats, Highlife, Pop, Juju, and Fuji. Zinoleesky’s inspiration to write music came from listening to this song.
He attended Lively Kiddies Nursery and Primary School for his basic schooling before continuing his studies at a government secondary school, where he earned his Senior Secondary School Certificate.

Zinoleesky made the decision to pursue a professional music career after finishing high school. He started going to nearby recording facilities to record the songs he had written at home. He gained notoriety in the Agege music scene rapidly and was frequently asked to play at public gatherings.
To advance his profession, Zinoleesky started making and sharing freestyle rap videos on social media. He would typically perform versions of well-known country songs or rap to popular song instrumentals.
As more fans of Afrobeats and Street Pop showed appreciation for his work, he steadily increased his social media following. At the Marlian Fest in December 2019, Naira Marley made the announcement to his fans that he was starting his own record label.
He disclosed that Zinoleesky had joined Marlians Music as well as three additional artists, namely Mohbad, C Blvck, and Fabian Blu.
